In typical HH style we are being pro-active and doing all we can to ensure continued service throughout this turbulent time.
Of course it’s hard to plan for the unknown but we are keeping up to date and ensuring we complying with all current guidelines.
We kindly ask that if any of our clients are exposed to the virus or suspect they are exhibiting symptoms that they let us know as soon as possible so we can do all we can to protect ourselves and others.
Rest assured we will endeavour to keep you up to date of any relevant developments as they arise.
HH have increased our hygiene practices as per the PHE guidelines, we will continue to monitor the ever-changing situation.
We are increasing our hygiene procedures and as well as the standard washing hands at each client stop, we are using the catch it, bin it, kill it protocols plus regularly using alcohol gel etc
· We will be utilising latex gloves and Leucillin is on its way to us, (please advise us if you have a latex allergy).
· This is all due to arrive on Tuesday to be distributed between our devoted team members.
· We will be wearing gloves when entering clients homes.
· We will also spray any equipment we handle with the dogs such as collars, harnesses etc.
· This will include spraying dogs with the Leucillin product as we drop them home, which is an excellent gentle and affective product.

We do have plans in place to ensure we can still exercise your dogs and keep them to the fabulous routine they are accustomed to, without putting you at risk and to ensure they are not in distress or developing bad habits.
This may involve us asking clients to get their hounds ready and upon receiving a call or text as we arrive they can then place them in the garden for us to collect (ensuring dogs are not left unsafe or at risk from being stolen).
Please note that this is for your safety as well as ours.
Training classes and one to one training will go online / live video if the UK goes into lock down. Service as normal but from the comfort of your front room via the internet!
Dog Spa sessions - we already have many hygiene procedures in place but on top of this we may introduce a no cash payments policy a safe area to drop off and collect dogs without human contact if and when needed.
Essentially this will see the end of many pet care businesses nationwide, we will not be one of them!
We will come out of this storm stronger than before as a family as long as we all stick together and keep the communication and hygiene practices at front of mind.
We are a small business, self employed and without sick pay.
It’s the local small businesses that will feel the pinch the most. I have always been one for ‘keeping it local’ a big believer in helping the local business owners and hope you can join us in this effort.
