It may be boring but it is essential to keep you, us and your pets safe on dog walking or training etc. We like to be very upfront about how we work so you can view the contract by clicking the link below. When you register on our portal you will be asked to digitally sign your agreement to these conditions.

New Client Registration

Hound Helpers Ltd is pleased to offer you an online account service.

If you use our client portal you will have access to a host of new features that will make your life simpler for example;

• You can update your own account information

• Provide us with details of an emergency contact

• Tell us about your pets and their care requirements

• Upload your favourite pet photos

• View your schedule to check what services you have already booked

• Book services online using our advanced booking service

Pay by card

The Portal is also our diary system so we require all new clients to register before we can book an appointment to meet you.

The Portal is secure and only our team and you can view your personal data.

Please note that the portal does not give full functionality when using from a mobile phone, but works excellently with all other devices.

Existing Clients Login

If you are already part of our tribe, then this is the place for you!

If you are an existing customer that has used us or booked with us in or since 2015 you will already have an account set up on our software and as such you can login by pressing the button below.

Please note if we have not sent you your client number to use for log in and are using your email address, please ensure it is the same email address you have provided us with previously.
