Sarah and her team are fully trained in their specific fields, insured, police checked and of course devoted animal lovers to provide you and your loved one's with a professional and friendly service.

Hound Helpers have been in business caring for pets of all sizes, breeds, and ages since early 2007.

 In late 2008 Sarah's efforts were recognised and were presented with the much acclaimed NEM Enterprise award and featured on the BBC radio station, along with press coverage in the M.E.N newspaper.

Sarah has attained many training seminars in the UK and around the globe and has become a very knowlegable dog trainer and behaviourist.
She is also taking part in the Kennel Club Accredited Instructor Scheme Student. Sarah loves doing children's talks in schools about dog safety and care on behalf of the Blue Cross. Sarah also organises and holds many large seminars on all things canine and holds puppy and dog training classes each week locally.

Available onsite is a fully equipped state of the art grooming saloon, they have hydraulic grooming tables and wash baths specifically designed for pets and a very relaxing drying system. This room is air-conditioned and dehumidified to provide the utmost care and to provide an atmosphere of tranquility to make your dog/s want to come back and be pampered.

They also have available a large range of products, which include hand made (in the UK) bespoke leather collars and leads etc. They have onsite dog tag electronic engraving, with a range of very special crystal and stainless steel tags.

The main pet transport vehicle is a fully air conditioned VW LWB Transporter with bespoke (no rattle) kennels. These are lined with memory foam cusions with internal no spill water bowls. The vehicle is sound proofed and has the benefit of additional electric roof venting when stationary.
